Every season, Sledgehammer adds a new event toMW3, with the Critical Countdown event tasking players with collecting DNA Samples. Unfortunately, these in-game additions are making it impossible to see, and players are sick of them. Every time you get a kill, a DNA string appears, floating in the air where their body is, just like a dog tag in Kill Confirmed. Unlike Kill Confirmed, however, this isn’t confined to one mode and happens in every multiplayer match type, meaning there’s no escape from them....

Sequel when? I loveNiohfor so many reasons and it warms my heart to see the game continue to sell well. It has tight, layered combat. It strikes a nice balance between drama and levity. The base game is rich with content, and it justnever seems to endif you own the expansions and get caught up in the grind. It’s not only one of my favoriteSouls-like games, it’s also one of my favorite PS4 titles to date....

Anyway, I sought to cure it by heading over to eBay and grabbing a Japanese developed and an American developed game full of slashing and hacking. The Japanese candidate was, of course,Bayonetta, and the American candidate…never arrived. So, sadly,Devil May Cry 4had to takes its place. Ni no Kuniis a game that sells itself. Level-5, Studio Ghibli, old-school Japanese RPG presentation. Sold. Perhaps I don’t speak for everyone here, but I’d still be invested in playing the game even if game critic #41 told me it doesn’t play very well, because the world ofNi no Kuniis so darn charming and colorful that I’m willing to put up with some minor gripes and boring combat. Luckily, I didn’t have to put up with any noticeable flaws at all....
