Hudson Soft is now 100% owned byKonami, it was revealed this morning. TheBombermanpublisher is to be fully consumed by the Japanese powerhouse, which already owns a 54% stake in the company. Hudson shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of Konami, and will be used primarily to strengthen the company’s mobile and social gaming abilities. Hudson CEO Michihiro Ishizuka will resign March 31, with the stock swap expected to go down on April 1....
Jurassic Park: The Gamewill be opening its gates and unleashing dinosaurs soon (at least for some people) and Telltale are offering a special discount for those who preorder the Deluxe Edition from theirnew site.
