InSpider-Man 2, New York is teeming with enemies. You’ll exchange blows with them, but this time around the bad guys also have to worry about Kraven who is on the hunt for the best prey. Keep an eye out for all the villains that make cameos inSpider-Man 2.

Black Cat – Felicia Hardy

Black Cat makes a return, though her intentions aren’t too devious this time around. Encounters with her are exhilarating, and Insomniac shows some of what it learned fromRatchet & Clank: Rift Apart‘s development.

Grizzly – Maxwell Markham

Grizzly is a minor villain that spoils Peter Parker’s night as he tries to spend time with MJ and Harry. He’s a wrestler turned bad guy, and you’ll find him wearing a bearskin cape.

Kraven the Hunter – Sergei Kravinoff

Kraven is one of the primary foes inSpider-Man 2. He’s a burly man who has a tiger as a pet and countless goons working for him. He sees all heroes and villains as game that he must hunt to prove his superiority. When he sets his eyes on New York, it spells trouble for the Spider-Men.

Lizard – Curtis Connors

Curtis Connors is Harry’s doctor, and for the most part, he isn’t actually a villain, at least not until he transforms into the Lizard. In this reptilian form, he becomes a destructive monster that is nearly impossible to reign in. Your battle against him is a fun one that has you web-swinging through the city as you attempt to catch up to the rubble-making reptile.

Mister Negative – Martin Lee

Mister Negative andMiles Moraleshave some history, which makes a showdown between the two inevitable. The battle with Mister Negative will test your combat skills, but it also provides an interesting look into Mile’s psyche.

Mysterio – Quentin Beck

Mysterio is a master of illusions and his missions are some of the most fun in the game, as they’re set in a neon virtual world. He’s set up various Mysterio challenges around the city. They’re great to hone your combat skills, and you can keep doing them to improve your previous performance times.

Sandman – Flint Marko

Sandman is the first villain you face off against. It’s an extremely cinematic experience that sets up the rest of the action-packed adventure quite well. He isn’t entirely villainous, and through collectibles, you can discover what causes him to lash out.

Scorpion – Mac Gargan

Scorpion is a minor villain that receives minimal screen time. You won’t have to worry about him too much, as Kraven takes care of him.

Symbiote/Venom/Scream

Alongside Kraven, Venom is one of the main foes ofSpider-Man 2. The symbiote is an alien parasite that clings to a host. At first, the host feels more powerful, but the symbiote gradually takes control of them until theybecome the villainous Venom. When a symbiote takes control of MJ, Scream is formed.

Wraith – Yuri Watanabe

There’s an arsonist cult lighting fires in New York. As you stop them, you’ll cross paths with Yuri who also wants to eliminate the cult. The only problem is that Spider-Man and Yuri have different ideas of what justice is, leading to a showdown. She’s not truly a villain, though she has a bloodthirsty approach to crime-fighting.
