Earlier this morning, Sega debuted an entire hour of gameplay from the upcomingHokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Startitle, currently in development from Yakuza Studio.
The lengthy footage shows series protagonist Kenshiro doing what his does best – popping heads and taking names – as he ventures through the post-apocalyptic wilderness of a barren Earth. We see him engage in battle with bitter rival Shin, and an appearance is also put in by spunky sidekick Bat. Obviously, the one hour clip may contain minor spoilers.
UnfortunatelyHokuto ga Gotokuis yet to receive a confirmed release for the West, but here’s hoping, as it looks as though the game would be welcomed by fans of theYakuzaseries, as well asHokuto no Kenfans in general.
Hokuto ga Gotokulaunches on PS4 on March 8 in Japan. Alimited edition PS4 consoleis also available for pre-order.
