I’ll be honest with you here: I had barely even heard ofDarksiders: Wrath of Warbefore I posted this video. When I don’t know a game well, I check the official site out and then check to see if any other articles have been posted on Destructoid about the title. Lo and behold, Jim Sterlingposted some screenslast month, and after reading up onDarksiders, I found myself pretty intrigued.
The video above actually allows you to hear some background information from the developers, and there is some cool stuff here, especially getting a gander at some enemies you will be fighting — those suckers are huge! I love me some epic scale. I also think Diablo fans will be seduced by the art style and music, which has that rich darkness that makes this sort of title so much fun to get lost in.
Darksiders: Wrath of Warwill be released for Xbox 360 and PS3 and is due out sometime in 2009. Do want!
