My strong desire to avoid playing MMOs is not something I’ve ever tried to hide. Even if I wanted to get pulled into one of these games, the time honestly isn’t there. You can imagine, then, how I feel when videos about crazy stunts GMs pulled as retaliation against less-than-desirable players make the rounds.
Or, in the case ofGuild Wars, a video showcasing AreaNet’s badass banning process; never before have I wanted to playGuild Warsso badly. Cheat, and the God of Death Dhuum will strike you down with his mighty scythe as your body erupts in flame in front of a crowd of horrified onlookers.
This is what videogames are all about, people.
