It’s a good time to plan ahead, as login queues afterFFXIVcompletes itsDawntrailmaintenance will surely entail a lengthy wait—though hopefully, it’ll be smoother than Endwalker. Anyway, here’s the rundown onFFXIV Dawntrailearly access, maintenance, and when you’re able to download the update via the Square Enix launcher.

June 26 to 28 –DawntrailMaintenance for Version 7.0
FFXIV Dawntrailmaintenance began at approximately 2 a.m. PDT on June 26 and will end at approximately 2 a.m. PST on June 28. to updateFinal Fantasy XIVand implement the next expansion, servers will be completely down for maintenance for 48 hours.

According to theLodestone, this All Worlds Maintenance download may be a little bigger than normal, thanks to the nature of the graphics update. So, make sure you hop on it as early as possible. You should be able to download Patch 7.0 via theFFXIVlauncher at the following times, depending on your platform:
The Lodestone, Companion App, and Online store will also undergo maintenance during this period. June 28 –Dawntrailearly access begins
Dawntrailearly access begins on June 28, as soon as the servers are live — so when maintenance times end, as listed above. Remember,FFXIVends its early access period on July 2. If you do not enter your code for the full game and register a copy ofDawntrail, then your access cuts off on July 5.

July 15 – Patch 7.01 and The Arcadion
Patch 7.01 is set to go live on July 16, and servers will be down for four hours overnight on July 16 in order to add The Arcadion normal raid series (tier 1-4), as well as implement any necessary hotfixes.
July 29 – Patch 7.05 and new content
Patch 7.05 is set to go live on July 30, so we can expect another 24-hour maintenance period on the 29.
