Why am I telling you this? Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is out!
Mega Man Legacy Collection 2is out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One this week, and one of its four included games is also one of the most polarizing. It’s none other thanMega Man 7, which has a lot of shortcomings on top of a ton of amazing Easter eggs like Proto Man’s shield and of course, the famous fighting mini-game.
I’ve tested it out extensively inLegacy Collection 2and can confirm it still indeed works. All you need to do is enter the following password, then hold L1+R1 (or LB+RB) and press start. Boom, you’re in, ready to pit Mega Man and Bass against each other, mano-a-mano (boto-a-boto?).
