Whenever there are major updates toWarframe, there are occasionally bugs that come with it.
This time around, the problem comes after the “Whispers in the Walls” update. A prominent bug is the “checking for updates” issue which keeps your game at your introduction screen. This prevents you from playing the game, a situation that can be frustrating.
Without wasting your time, I’ll head straight to the solution. First, go to settings. That’s at the top right corner of the screen and it’s represented with a cog. Here, untick the “Bulk Download” section.
This solution works for the Steam Deck as well, making it possible to do this on any platform where you may playWarframe.
Lastly, close your settings, and your bulk download will finally complete, which will allow you to press play and begin your adventure.
