After you’ve arrived in Heritage Found and met up with Cahciua in her mechanical form, you may be wondering “how come she gets to be a cute little robot?”. Well, worry not, one of the mounts available is the Outrunner mount, if you’re up for the challenge.
The Outrunner mount is rewarded as part of the achievement “A Life of Adventure VI”, which itself is earned by completing two other achievements. Neither of these achievements is particularly easy to get, and it might be a while before you see anyone roaming around in their Outrunner.

How to get the Outrunner mount in Final Fantasy XIV
Once you’ve obtained both of these achievements, you’ll also obtain the “Life of Adventure VI” achievement. After this, you’ll be able to open the achievements via the Character menu, and claim your Outrunner Identification Key.
Use the Identification Key within your inventory and then you’re free to use it as you please. The mount playsDawntrailmusic as you ride and also comes with two mount actions, similar to those you’ve likely seen used by wild Outrunners in Living Memory – Simulated Rage and Virtual Tears.
