The full dress set unlocked by winning Style Showdown

How to unlock the Style Showdown set in Dress to Impress

The only way to unlock the Style Showdown outfit is by winning three Style Showdown games. You’ll get a piece for each game you win; the gloves for your first win, the headpiece for your second, and the dress for the third.

To join Style Showdown, click on the Style Showdown button on the right side of the screen below the pose button, and you’ll be transported to the lobby. From there, walk over to the glowing ring to join a new game.

There are up to ten players for each game, so you’ll need to beat all the players in your lobby to win a game.

How to win Style Showdown in Dress to Impress

Winning Style Showdown is mostly up to how well the other players in your game like your fits. For each runway theme, you’ll vote for your favorite outfits, and players with the most votes will advance to the next round. The player with the least votes in each round will be eliminated. Follow each round’s theme the best you can, while still being creative.

Be aware that you’ll have significantly less time to come up with each outfit than you would in regular gameplay, normally around three minutes. You’ll also have a much smaller selection of clothes to work with, even if you haveVIP. You’ll need to think on your feet to win Style Showdown.

An immunity idol hidden in a dressing room

While most of Style Showdown is left up to impressing your fellow contestants, there are some ways to turn the tide in your favor. The first is collecting Immunity Idols, which can be used before voting to ensure that you won’t be eliminated at the end of the round. You can find these idols hidden around the lobby and dressing room. They’re small statues holding a flaming torch. If you see one, click on it to pick it up.

Another way to increase your odds of winning is to win the Pose Off. This mini-challenge is held to determine who will be in the top three. The two players with the least votes will have to pose to the music accordingly. Poses will fall from the top of the screen, and you’ll want to click on the matching symbol when the two line up. The highest score will advance to the top three. Try clicking on the pose right as it hits the corresponding symbol to get a “Perfect” rating. The more “Perfects” you get, the higher your score.

Finally, to increase your chances of winning Style Showdown, try playing in a smaller lobby. You only need six players to start a game, and it’s far easier to beat five other players rather than nine!

Nothing guarantees a win in Style Showdown, so do your best to be creative and make good outfits to win over other players. Being the most stylish is the most surefire way to unlock the Style Showdown set.
