How to make Demon and Hardshell Powder in Monster Hunter Wilds
Demon Powder and Hardshell Powder are, essentially, an AoE usage of Might and Adamant Seeds. So long as you and the rest of your hunting party are in the same general area, usingthese powders will immediately increase their damage output (Demon Powder) or raise their defense (Hardshell Powder). The effect lasts three minutes, making their duration significantly shorter thanDemondrugand Armorskin, but they’re faster to use and affect everyone nearby.
you may craft Demon and Hardshell Powder in your tent or on foot. The ingredients are a Might Seed for Demon Powder or an Adamant Seed for Hardshell Powder combined with Godbug Essence. Of the three ingredients, Godbug ESsence is the easiest to find. Godbugs, little white beetles you can collect during a hunt, can be found as early as the Scarlet Forest.
How to find Godbugs in Monster Hunter Wilds
Scan for Godbugs using the Filter Icons feature at the bottom left of your map. Open the map, then use the corresponding button to open the submenu with a little house symbol next to it. This is your Fast Travel List, used to quickly select a fast travel location. Navigate one icon to the right to select the Filter Icons tab, and then use your interact button to open a selection of collectibles in your current region. Godbugs will be about halfway down that list.
Godbugs are usually found on the trunks of trees, either standing or fallen, or on the sides of small rocky outcroppings. You can collect their Essence either at a distance with your claw or by interacting when with them while standing nearby.

As a rare commodity (by farming standards), you’ll need to wait a long time between check-ins to get anything close to a respectable amount of Godbug Essence. Still, it beats doing the extra work yourself.
How to find Might Seeds and Adamant Seeds in Monster Hunter Wilds
Adamant Seeds are easy. They’re available in every region except the Oilwell Basin. Might Seeds are a bit harder to come by, available only in the Oilwell Basin and the Ruins of Wyveria. Here’s the rundown of how many of each seed you can find per region:

Like Godbug Essence,you can farm both Adamant Seeds and Might Seeds, with their availability depending on the season. Head to Murtabak at Kunafa Village in the Windward Plains or Plumpeach the Wudwud in the Scarlet Forest. Farm Might Seeds with Sabar in the Oilwell Basin city of Azuz and with Rysher in Sild.
I’d highly recommend farming as many of these ingredients as you can as soon as you can. If you intend to delve into High Rank and the endgame of Monster Hunter Wilds, you’ll be making tons of Demon and Hardshell Powder, among other buffs. That’s especially true of any hunts where you cart, as being knocked out and sent back to camp resets almost all your buffs.
