In a week’s time, a lot of people will be transported to the battlefields ofStar Wars Battlefront. EA isexpecting around 13 million, in fact. All those folks living out theStar Warsfantasy before shuffling off to the movie theater a month later.
Obviously, the transportation is just a metaphor. They will sit close to their televisions and monitors and playBattlefrontfrom the comfort of their homes. But, this live-action trailer takes a more literal approach as if they were actually transported. Everyone’s clothes fall to the ground as earth is suddenly far less populated.
Also, Anna Kendrick makes an appearance. Some people like her a bunch. Me? Every time I hear her name, my brain throws her in a Anna Kendrick/Kendrick Lamar/Lamar Odom stew. My editors are telling me that neither Kendrick Lamar nor Lamar Odom star in this trailer.
