Good things come to those who wait!

When Nicalisdecidedthat it would not be publishing the WiiWare version ofLa-Mulana, it felt like a bitter end to an extensive but ultimately fruitless dev cycle. It was eventually released on PC, but many held out hope that somehow, in some way, developer Nigoro would find a way to make magic happen.

If you mosey on over toNintendo’s games page, you’ll notice that publishing duties have been handed off toLittle Red Riding Hood’s Zombie BBQdev EnjoyUp Games. You’ll also notice that the game is priced at 1000 Wii Points ($10), a full five bucks less than the PC port available onPlayism.

As I said in my review,La-Mulanais excruciatingly taxing on both the mind and body, but it’s a game that you need to experience regardless because it’s so friggin’ good. Now you’ll get your chance to play this glorious remake the way it was intended once it drops on September 20!
