Online multi-player 2D combat RPG shenanigans

Mercenary Kingshas a lot of surface level appeal. Thedot-art masteryofmodern animationlegendPaul Robertson is enough for many to make the game an instant purchase. Thankfully, the team at Tribute Games (Wizorb) weren’t content to let Paul do all the heavy lifting. They’re really going the extra mile to make this 2D action RPG something special.

We had a (sort of)fast talkwithTribute Game‘sJonathan Lavigneat PAX East to dig into some of the game’s other features, likeonline and local split-screen co-op, and thehugeamount of weapons you’re able to craft and collect. How many weapons? It’s a lot more than 151, that’s for darn sure.
