Big news for all lovers of the adorable, helpful little robot Chibi Robo! That’s right, more Chibo is on the way! This time our shiny electric friend will be helping out around your ACTUAL HOUSE! As shown in the latestJapanese Nintendo Direct,Chibi Robo Photographyallows the tiny silver dynamo to interact with real-life items that you photograph with your 3DS. Remember when Kinect promised to allow you to take pictures of a real life skateboard and use it in a game? Well you thank Chibi Robo for finally making good on that promise. With a roll of toilet paper! Chibi Robo is in your roll of toilet paper!

Fans of the series will be pleased to see cameos abound from friends from prior games. Drake Redcrest, The Smoglings, and a weird green Mogwai-type thing are all in attendance. It looks like gameplay will be split between Kart Racing, killing, shooting, dancing, and other activities. The lastChibi Robogame never left Japan, which is a darn shame, as it was one of the best in the series. Hopefully Nintendo wont keep this one locked away from us as well. It’s an eShop release, chalking in at about $15. That bodes for a much less risky maneuver than the Wal-mart only retail release ofPark Patrol. Lets hope Nintendo sees it that way too.
