That’s 800+ games
Now this is an interesting tactic. Ouya is offering a 12-monthall-access pass for $59.99in a limited quantity. The pass covers one-time purchases under $30 “such as full game unlocks and level-pack add-ons,” but not in-game boosts that can be purchased more than once.
There’s around 840 games on the system’s marketplace now — surely there’s enough decent stuff out there to cover the pass price. I’m not a fan of the Ouya, but that’s a potentially compelling deal if you own the console and haven’t made too many purchases already.
Assuming, of course, the games you get from the pass don’t magically vanish once your 12 months are up. That’d be a hard sell.
