Back on theiTunes storetoday isFractal, an interesting music puzzle game for the iPad. Even better for us, it’s back at a reduced cost. How reduced, you ask? Well, it’s free! But only until this Friday. After that, the price will go back up to 99¢ until Tuesday whenFractalwill return to its full asking price for the foreseeable future.

Apparently what happened was Cipher Prime Studios had a falling out with their original publisher and struggled a bit to get the game back up on the store as smoothly as possible. That didn’t go so well, and they felt bad about asking the original purchasers to buy the game again just to receive updates. So, what better way to get the game to them than to just give it away? Hooray for developers with a conscience! Now, go get your free game before it’s too late.
