Or maybe ‘puzzly visual novel’

Nero(stylized asNERO) released earlier this year on Xbox One. Our own Brett Makedonskiliked it quite a bit, giving it a nine out of ten and saying it “prioritizes emotion above all else.” I had been tentatively interested after having seen a hands-off demo at E3 2014, but the current Xbox One exclusivity locked me out from being able to try it.

That won’t be a problem for too much longer, as developer Storm in a Teacup announced today the game is heading to PC and PlayStation 4 “early next year.” Bring on the glowy mushrooms and creepy hooded figures.
