C’mon, I’m allowed one Halloween pun at this time of year, right? Anyway,Team Fortress 2has had plenty of official Halloween updates in the past, whether it’s been special themed maps or limited edition hats. Now a group of modders are ready to unleash a wealth of scary Halloween items forTeam Fortress 2, in theNight of the Living Updates.
There’s some really great looking stuff here, from a Mexican Day Of The Dead inspired skill mask for the Pyro, to a full Creature From The Black Lagoon outfit for the demoman. There’s a great looking sentry gun, complete with aFallout 3brain in a jar. Each set of updates is given a faux-movie title and synopsis so it’s well worth reading through each section.
With the Mann Co store making over $2 million for item creators, it’s always good to see a real big update from the modding community. I’ve been resistant to buying items inTeam Fortress 2but the Night of the Living Update items look really good and I might be temped to purchase a few.
