to accept the request to find Osaka’s Famous Clown, you must go to W. Shofukucho Street. You’ll find a man namedRestless Touriststanding on the corner. Interact with him, and he will ask you to bring a photo of Osaka’s Famous Clown.
You can find Osaka’s famous clown at the center of Sontenbori Street.Start by heading north on Bishamon Bridge, then take a right to enter Sotenbori Street. Continue east on Sotenbori Street, and you will find the clown on the left-hand side, outside a shop. You can check the above map to find its exact location.
Once you spot him, open up your in-game camera. Adjust the camera so he’s framed up nicely, and capture a photo of Osaka’s Famous Clown.
