This past week, theGameCityvideogame culture festival went down in Nottingham England. As part of the festivities, a Zelda Takeover Day was planned to celebrate theZeldaseries’ 25th anniversary. For the occasion, Cory Schmitz — responsible for assembling the fan art magazineThe Controller— was asked to help edit a another magazine featuring submissions from many web artists. The result isZelda Zine, a three-part collection of art, photography, poetry, and more.
As you’re able to see from theamazingheader image above, the ever-effervescent Ashley Davis was one of the contributors. I would love to get my hands on a physical copy of issue one, but it looks like it was limited to just attendees of the festival. Maybe we’ll have better luck with the following two issues!
